The Nordic

The Nordic is a 200,000 SF mixed-use property recently developed and built by United Properties in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. United Properties decided to build out and furnish a portion of the (9,163 SF) 8th floor before they secured a tenant – a spec suite. Furnished spec suites are in high demand in the Minneapolis market and lease much faster than vacant spaces. Cushman & Wakefield was hired to do the leasing for The Nordic, and we worked closely with them to meet their financial goals for furniture costs. We partnered with Studio BV and developed options that met these goals in order to entice tenants to this beautiful space.
