PUBG Corporation, developer and publisher of the popular PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds video game, established a Madison office in late 2017. Because the Midwest continues to draw gaming and tech companies, PUBG upgraded their location and image in 2018 to attract and retain talent and build their brand and corporate culture.
Marshfield Medical Center
Marshfield Clinic Health System built their first hospital from the ground up as part of an expansion into Eau Claire. The 44-bed Marshfield Medical Center-Eau Claire is a regional hospital serving patients throughout western Wisconsin, and is linked to their nearby cancer center and clinic to create a fully integrated Marshfield Clinic campus.
UW Health
UW Health, the regional health system of the University of Wisconsin, consolidated employees from multiple locations into a single 90,000 square foot building to improve collaboration, maximize real estate, and give workers control and choice over their workspace.
This socially-conscious brewery opened its own doors for the first time in March 2018. Finnegans’ 13,000-square-foot per floor four floor space is home to not only a taproom and the brewery itself, but also a social club (Brewer’s Den) and a co-working space for entrepreneurs.
NSI, a division of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years, with more anticipated. As a result, they were in need of a new building that would unite team members, and reflect and encourage the collaborative, cohesive culture of the organization.
QBE North America
QBE North America, a division of one of the world’s largest insurance companies, was looking for a furniture provider who could reduce costs and improve the effectiveness of their work environments by creating standards for all of their North American locations. Their long-term goals included implementation of the company’s global strategy, employee attraction & retention, and real estate compression.
