The 3-year transformation of the iconic Madison Square Garden was highlighted by the project management services of Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, procuring $4 million FF&E for all 110 suites and public spaces within the building. Furniture RFP’s were issued yearly, securing the best possible prices for the client. Weekly project meetings were held with the client, Jones Lang LaSalle (owner rep) and designer, and all deliveries and installation services were coordinated with the MSG’s installation partner.
Owned and operated by Delaware North, the state-of-the-art TD Garden is home to the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics, as well as world-renowned concerts, sporting events, family shows, ice shows and more. As part of a comprehensive, arena-wide upgrade, Atmosphere Commercial Interiors was chosen to partner with the design firm and owner to select products for the right fit, purpose and budget in the renovation of all 90 executive suites.
Opened in the spring of 2011, the 11,000 seat ballpark and adjoining complex of Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is the first Major League Baseball spring training facility to be built on Indian land in the nation. This project offered the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies the unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a Native American community to create a sports complex that showcases cultural diversity, and the rich history, culture and artistic values of the Pima and Maricopa Indian Tribes.
The creative group at Target conceived a social, flexible collaboration space to occupy an existing storefront on Nicollet Mall across from their headquarters building. While temporary, the space, known as Target Plaza Commons, will perform as a creative corporate asset.
The creation of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx home offices echo the sensational transformation of a failed retail and entertainment complex into the best practice facility in the NBA, with many teams looking to follow suit. The facility boasts an impressive 107,000 square foot space that includes administrative spaces for over 150 employees, media centers, locker rooms, weight rooms, film rooms, therapy tubs and saunas in addition to a 7,000 square-foot fan experience store.
The Target Center completed an exciting $130M renovation in their downtown Minneapolis location. As the fourth-oldest stadium in the NBA, the Target Center was the first building in the country built with an entire suite level. We participated in three phases of renovation, including the suite areas, lobby, locker rooms, club spaces, and public space improvements.
