In 2023, Atmosphere executed HGA’s dynamic vision of creating a workplace tailored to the varied needs of the marketing and sales teams affiliated with the Minnesota Twins MLB franchise. Home to 121 employees, the new workspace features seven private offices, three large conference rooms, six smaller huddle rooms, eight individual focus rooms, more than 110 workstations, and two wellness rooms.

To best accommodate each team’s variations in work styles, Atmosphere developed three distinct workstation options with various desk and storage configurations. Each team then had the opportunity to select the configuration that best aligns with their operational needs. In addition to workstation storage, each employee has access to their own Steelcase Work Valet locker to secure their personal belongings.

The floorplate also includes touch-down areas with varying degrees of privacy. The beautiful Coalesse seating provides a semi-public space for impromptu meetings and quick chats, while the individual rooms are ideal for focus work or private calls. Per specific request from the Twins franchise, Atmosphere integrated dedicated wellness rooms within the workspace, offering private space for relaxation and meditation.
