The University of Wisconsin renovated spaces within College Library (the undergraduate library) and Wendt Library (the engineering library) to create new learning centers called the Wisconsin Collaboratory for Enhanced Learning Centers, or WisCEL.
These new areas offer flexible space for students to easily utilize technology and collaborate in small groups. They offer laptops and flat-screen TVs for easy document sharing, and tutors and specialized software to give immediate feedback on homework. In addition to collaborative and lounge furniture, Atmosphere provided Steelcase Privacy Walls for space division and modular power to support technology and mobility.
